2gb. It worked fine on previous firmwares with all 5th android and 7th, but starting from 7.4 the game started to hang when i'm trying to start the race. After a few reboots I can normally start the race, but I have constant lags and freezings and in the end after a few races the phone hangs on...

When I'm loading the race in Need for Speed No Limits on my mi4c - the phone hangs and I have to reset it. Who can help me with this problem ?

I don't really know why, i found it on popular forum (4pda) when i faced the same problem as you did. I tried official.twrp-3.1.0-0-libra.img and twrp-3.0.2-0-libra.img - both didn't work properly.

Try to find this image - TWRP-3.0.2-0-libra (Recommended).img and flash it (it's about 20 megabytes).

I flashed it yesterday, all the firmwares dated February 10 and I downloaded it by first link in the list (androidfilehost dot com). I entered official miui unlock site, downloaded the app (I got a permission already, first time unlocked the bootloader on Android 5,1) but get an 50% error...

Battery drain is horrible on my mi4c(3-4 hours of surfing+youtube), plus the screenshot sharing problem mentioned above.
