Thank you for attention. I tried your suggestion, but the result is still the same as in the picture above. There is no problem opening the Pdf file from the file manager alone..? This minor issue seems to be only related to Outlook. When I try the same Pdf file with Gmail, it also opens.

Mi 10 pro (Cmi) TWRP: MBTWRP_14-03-2021_CMI.img This twrp is 128GB. It does not read, does not see, but reads and sees 16 GB flash memory. The 128GB file system is exFAT. 16 GB. fat32. i guess so i am having usb otg problem? But this twrp version has no otg issue...
