When I deactivate WiFi, the (activated) mobile data only becomes active after a restart. Changing the SIM from slot 1 to slot 2 only fixed the problem briefly. Clear Dalvic and cache in TWRP did not help. Which APPs do I have to delete the data / cache to eliminate the problem?

That's why I'm asking! 12.1 - 20.8.27 to 12.6 - 21.6.2 update or fresh install with data wipe?

Mi 9 / Cepheus Is a big jump from MIUI 12.1 - 20.8.27 weekly to this version possible or do I have to completely reinstall (format data)? With the current version, switching from WiFi to mobile data no longer works, I have to reboot every time.
