Hi -- my Mi 11 Ultra China rom is on MIUI 13.0.13 (stock China rom). Im trying to flash to a stable EU rom but the EU rom available here is in "recovery" version only, not in fastboot. But the Xiaomi.eu site states that Android 12 models can only be flashed using fastboot only -- Im confused...
