I fixed this by setting the compatibility level to Nexus 2015 in the camera2 api settings. Is there a way to change the lockscreen and quick launch camera to a 3rd party camera?

Same problem here. Installation freezes right at the end, had to restore a backup.

I noticed there was a new setting under WLAN called "intelligent traffic strategy" which was set to "closer". I changed this to "normal" and also changed frequency to 2.4GHz only. This seems to have fixed the problem.
