Full format only if you're actually on stock rom or weekly rom.... If you're on previous stable xiaomi.eu, just transfert the file on your phone and flash it via TWRP.

Hello, Welcome to Mi community . You can't relock bootloader after flashing Xiaomi.eu rom because it's a custom rom. You can do this only if you flash back the official rom !

Hello everyone, The only way I found to delete system apps on mi 10 is with Debloater module for Magisk. Via terminal emulator run: su debloat Choose the app to delete, and Debloater module will delete the file and replace it by some kind of placebo file.
