Hi, i just got an update on my mi 11 from 13.0.6 to 13.0.8 in settings, can i update to newer version by clicking update from the phone settings or i must update from the pc ?

I reinstalled the ROM twice, i did installed the rom with erasing everything on my phone after a successful installation i did also a factory reset, but still have the same problem with Ram Management and games performance is not all that good its laggy
