Hi - my phone is still vibrating when I put my thumb on the power button etc but the screen and sound have gone dead. I’ve tried holding in the power button for 10, 15, 30 seconds as per other videos etc but this does not bring up the reboot menu Ive also tried the same holding in the volume up...
