Banking App isn't working for me. Even with full screen gestures turned off. Device (Mi9) is rooted with magisk, banking app is marked in magisk hide. It worked in MIUI11

it looks like the data is lost anyway. so I would try the "wipe -> format data -> yes" thing... reboot and you should be able to copy rom to internal storage again.
