Nothing, it just keep crashing. For last I'm going to clean flash miui eu or official miui. If it still does not work, then I think I will switch again to a custom rom or simply forget about stock camera. At least *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* it's pretty much stable now.

So how does this work? When I check build.prop it already has the right permissions, but MI camera is still crashing.

What about stock camera with camera2api enabled?

Have you tried *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* mod with camera2api enabled to see if stock camera it's still crashing?

I have this problem too, but I didn't find any solution yet. Seems its a problem with the latest version of miui, even in global dev this occurs. On 7.12.21 everything works fine.

For some reason in this update if I enable camera2api the stock camera stop working. Someone else noticed this? I'm not sure if I need to do a clean flash, but after revert to 7.12.21 everything works fine. Between this and notification bug I think it's better to skip this update and wait for...
