The test is pass, i dont think it a hardware problem because 2 reboot will help. I try to reflash the EU rom but cannot solve the problem. I did not try full wipe but will try when have time to.

K20pro in 10.3.12, I install Magisk in TWRP with no error, but when i boot to MIUI, Magisk manager said magisk not install. Edit 1. After wipe and install magisk again, boot to miui, 2 magisk managers appear. Open both, 1 disappear and the other work normally. #bug

you go to twrp, full wipe + wipe data, and install the version you want

You can root by magisk, install the *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* apk, install the lib file with magisk. XDA has a topic to help.
