    You need unlocked bootloader and clean flash when coming from a different rom

    Probably downloading again and update it would have fixed it too but I was too fast with clean flashing previous version and didn't consider broken file

    I actually clean flashed too ^^ seems the file I downloaded was corrupt and stuck at fastboot ^^

    Updated Rom to latest weekly on Xiaomi 13 ultra (Ishtar) and got stuck in fastboot (device didn't boot I'll try redownload and try again Probably corrupt Edit: after redownloading it was working!
