    Whenever I take a photo with the MIUI camera app on AOSP it crashes and leaves behind a blank image file with no content (0 bytes size). Is anyone else having this problem?

    Yes, that is true. But the latest possible version in any device (eg. Nexus 4) is 4.2.1.

    That is the MIUI version, not the Android version. The latest possible version of Android on any device is 4.2.1.

    MIUIAndroid's MIUI builds all have the updater app included but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a problem or was it never intended to work? Thanks

    Most of my Google contacts don't have phone numbers associated with them so I'd rather not have them in my list. The contacts in my Xiaomi account all had phone numbers so I'd rather use my Xiaomi account.

    Is it possible to activate Xiaomi account syncing with the stock ROM? I prefer stock Jelly Bean over MIUI, but I also really liked the Xiaomi account sync feature on MIUI. Is it possible to activate this syncing ability on stock JB? Or maybe install it somehow?
