xiaomi.eu ROM is based in global 11.0.5.0 but cleaned of bloatware and optimized. I recommend it.

Updating .eu ROM from 11.0.3.0 to 11.0.5.0 works fine for me. I used the update linux script from Ubuntu.

If it helps, when I tried the first version of the eu ROM, in one of the reboots, it sayd 'com.android.phone stoped working'.
