Did you update twrp to V3.7.0? If BT reset and FW reinstall doesn´t work you have to reset the phone.

Had to reset my phone - even BT reset or FW Update doesn´t help. NEVER FLASH the android 12 twrp (ver 3.70...) on android 11 firmware!
