Hi, I have the same thing. I managed to solve it. Firts with MiFlash I flashed Global EU ROM [https://mifirm.net/download/11799] Then again flashed xiaomi.eu ROM and it worked.

Hi, Just got my Xiaomi 14 from EU distribution. Did the OS update but still no luck with work profile. It is impossible to turn it on as there is no option for it. Can anyone confirm that work profile is working on Xiaomi.eu? BR
