HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

I have a few questions guys. I'm on MIUI 14 (Android 12). Can I move directly to HyperOs2 (stock or Xiaomi EU) or I need to install 1 first? Can I patch the init_boot file with Magisk before flashing it in Fastboot so I can have root immediately after I install?
