File explorer works well on my redmi note 2 on 5.9.18

Have a similar issue in France with the Freebox (internet box of Free operator) : the phone connect to wifi but internet doesn't work. After a reboot internet seems to work for a while but we have to systematically reboot the phone

An easy way to find the bug : try to set an alarm in silent mode and you will hear sounds when changing hour/min of the alarm.

I confirm the bug still exist on 5.9.10. Other example of my problem : when I pass from silent mode to ringing mode by pressing volume up, the first "bip" signaling the sound is often very high compared to the following.
