Widevine L1?

Hi everyone, I flashed the xiaomi.eu about 2 weeks ago now but I noticed something: Widevine level dropped from L1 to L3 aka no HD content on Netflix, Prime Video and so on. My question is: Will Widevine L1 be brought to the Rom? Is it possible? Thank you to whoever answers!
