I finally got it working. I had to change my pc to flash the china stock rom with miflash and then i was able to flash twrp. I chose the 1217 and installed the rom after formatting the data, thanks to everyone. Hope i dont find a lots of bugs now :D

Thanks, but thats the basic way, i already tried and this didnt work too me becuase i had to install the china stock first otherwise i wasnt able to install twrp :/ I will try it now and this time format data :D

Ah s**t, i didnt format data, just wiped *facepalm*. I will try it again now :D

Yeah, I wipe the data,dalvik and cache before installing. What could i have done wrong else ? I am trying it again and again but cant get it work :(

So I managed to flash the stock china rom on my mi8se and i can finally flash twrp now. Then i open it and install the miui rom i downloaded on androidfilehost and everything looks good, but when i try to start the phone then i stuck in the boot screen with the android loading below the miui...

I tried to install the stock rom via miflash now but as soon as i press flash i get an error and it says "can not find file flash_all.bat"

Is there a command i can type in the cmd to be sure my device is still unlocked ?

So the phone still cant be detected by the miflash tool and when i hit refresh in the tool, the screen turns black with a very tiny message in the left corner "press any key to shutdown". Of course then it only boots into fastboot again when i hit any key... Edit : I now found this, this is...

I am now afraid my device is locked again, but this cant happen right ? becuase I cant shut down the phone at the moment, when i try to hold the power button down it just reboots to fastboot. But a short time theres the mi boot logo before the fastboot screen pops up and there not the "unlocked"...

This is my problem but i cant run any commands, just fastboot devices works, all the others just stuck in the cmd until i disconnect the phone and reconnect it. But then it shows finished but nothing happens to my Mi 8SE...

Already done, seems like my phone is broken, i tried to find someone who solved a similiar problem but cant find anything that works :/ But thanks for your help :)

I cant get in the Recovery at the moment

The MiFlash tool cant detect the phone, i dont know why. My Mi 8SE is only able to show the fastboot screen and the only thing that works is that in the cmd i can see the device when i type fastboot devices :(

Not working too :/ How do i flash the china verison via fastboot ? I would prefer this instead of having a dead phone :D

When i try "Fastboot boot..." the screen turns black with a small info in the left corner wich says "to shutdown press any key". I cant even turn off the phone, it always boots into fastboot.
