MMS Not Working - Bell Canada
I found a solution! In your APN settings, change APN protocol from "IPv4/IPv6" to just "IPv4". I was able to send and receive MMS immediately through Google Messages. Chat features still work as well.- F0cCuSs

MMS Not Working - Bell Canada
I've got the same issue with a new Xiaomi 12 Global running 13.0.7 on Virgin(Bell). I've had a Mi 11 Ultra(chinese version) running the EU Rom and never had issues with MMS.
