No I don't see backup

Hi,i got used with low price this xiaomi mi5 64gb,but have this problem...id dispositive is invalid,and i can't use the sim with 3 or 4g,i see have bootloader on and twrp,i can go on fastbook,or recovery,i have the lastest global installed,but problem is Always there...i see there is no backup...
