I have 2 phones with the same problem. Mi Mix 2s and a Mi 8 lite. Updated apps / system and everything that was possible to update with no success. A temporary FIX is uninstall the last Google Update. Go to Play Store, Manage apps, search for Google and press Uninstall.

If I were you I would start again from scratch. Install developer global rom using miflash. Then do it all over again. Unlock bootloader, flash TWRP, wipe everything, copy xiaomi.eu ROM to your phone and flash it using TWRP. Enviado do meu MIX 2S através do Tapatalk

Fixed it using Windows 8 laptop. Same old s**t with Windows 10. I can confirm that mi mix 2s is fully working with this rom Enviado do meu MIX 2S através do Tapatalk

Thanks for the help. Gonna flash back developer rom and wait a bit longer until they sort this out. I think i dont have the right recovery. Anyhow thank you.
