did you format system as well? in 4ext recovery control tick box which will wipe system/lib as well and then format system, wipe cache + dalvik , flash rom + gapps ( make sure gapps are correct ics @ jb ) and then wipe cache + dalvik again and then reboot phone. try it then. at least for me its...

I think this rom doesnt have zram enable (correct me if i'm wrong) You should try pimp my rom apps download it from play store a tons of tweaks, init.d @ build.prop support ( including zram option ) Credit to great dev making it possible to be an apk file.
