No install the eu rom and reboot to fastboot. Install the stock recovery. "fastboot flash recovery nameofstock.img" "fastboot reboot" with vol + wipe all data yes-yes-confirm. reboot to system..

the solution is format data with stock recovery.. After wipe all data boot to system .. Then reboot to fastboot and install the twrp.. Maybe wzsx twrp can be format the apollo
