Global Rom Kate Bug In Timed Battery Saver Mode

Has anyone noticed, or has an answer for this? I have a global ROM Note3 Kate. I have the locale set to India but am in the UK so time settings are overriden manually by me as I'm -5.5 I use the timed batter saver mode overnight from midnight to 5am. If I power my phone off, when I power it...
