Are you even unlocked bootloader (did you get the unlock code)? Such messages on the screen looks like as if you had not unlocked butloader. If all you do then you phone is not correct at the contact to site. check it and try again.

now it is definitely not clear. here now is people "describe" some numbers and I like new I do not know what that means. I submitted a request to unlock a 5 days and how long waits (approximately) for the code. what it means is this long number. whether it is the IMEI or whatever else?
