My modem stopped working after installing 12.5.15 on Mi11. Rest of phone very laggy. I should maybe wait a while before installing.

You should install an older version first, if this is the first time you're moving to eu rom. In version 12.5.6 the .bat file is included. Since 12.5.7 it goes through TWRP. And if you're not familiar with all of this: just don't do it. You might brick your phone.

Stable 12.5.9.0 (Venus) works like a charm on Mi11

Finally! 12.5.8 stable for Mi11 has arrived. Time to install with TWRP. No more fastboot. Yay.

Latest ROM for Mi11 is still the fastboot-version. Next one will be non-fastboot. I expect. So, just wait and check every day (just like I do).

I read here that you install EU Stable Beta 12.5.7 (not weekly) for Mi 11 (venus) I only find the fastboot-version. Where can the rom ZIP- version be found?

I am using Mi11 (not pro or ultra). I am on Beta Stable 15.5.5. (RKBCNXM) The only new Rom for me to download, is the one that is for "fastboot-method". How to install it using TWRP? Unpack it and move "Images"-folder to root of phone? Or just wait untill the non-fastboot update arrives for...
