I tried many times. The problem persist!

Why Should I use a thirdy-part app? It's really frustrating that a banal and simple setup of the system doesn't work!!!

I recorded a video with the phone horizontally. If I try to look this video with the phone horizontally the video rotates! I tried to click the lock in the video player settings but it does not work. I've also tried locking the screen rotation, but it does not work. What should I do? Help me!
