Try to flash it either in TWRP recovery or using All-In-One tool.

Dalvik, Cache, system, vendor, data wipe. Or simply Format Data :)

I initially did a dirty flash on a MiMix2 and I have experienced the same as you. Clean flash and now it seems ok.

I use NFC payment (in Romania), not using Google pay but instead using ING Pay (ING Bank application). No issues by activation and works normally.
