I did some testing and conclude the issue is once updating from android 12 to android 13, the secdata on device gets corrupted. Easy way I did was to boot into fastboot mode and use the following commands : fastboot erase secdata fastboot metadata fastboot reboot

On sweet, Redmi note 10 pro, latest update had similar issues for me. Can't install most apps from play store or manually. Gives error.
