HELP: I bought Redmi3 from Aliexpress. Phone came with custom ROM, and custom recovery. I flashed TWRP via fastboot -OK . Everything OK. I want to Flash MIUI multi - it requires Unlocked Bootloader - I don't understand how can I have locked bootloader with TWRP already? PLEASE HELP THANK YOU...
