Data transfer with 67w charging cable? + Charging Animation?

i owned CN version also, and the charger and cable that came separately can transfer data also. i think if it's a genuine one from xiaomi (or any other manufacturer), their cable can be used to transfer data. only those 3rd party cheap ones that may not have data transfer capability.

there's no fastboot rom available for newer updates (the one using miflash tool). so yes, you have to use the TWRP method. first time using the TWRP method you have to use your pc to send the fastboot boot twrp.img command, and then flash the new WEEKLY rom. i think in WEEKLY rom, it'll always...

    Cons of using Xiaomi.EU?

but usually when we moved on to a new device, this one will be quite old with not many updates rolled out, so should be fine. and new user can just leave it as it is without updating and we can still check on this device from time to time to help them with the update. but yes, i understand this cons

eu rom for mi 11 pro-question about understanding

if you're following all the tutorials here, no need to worry, it won't be bricked. the brick that they mentioned, is if you're on a rom other than the original rom came with the device, and try to relock the bootloader, it'll brick, don't do that. so, buy your phone, do the unlock bootloader...
