My MIX 3 Glass is broken, totally dark, how to get the files from the phone?

The phone was working, receiving calls by bluetooth headset possible. Connected to PC by USB, not possible to select 'data transfer mode' on the phone. Asked Xiaoai to casting the screen, not succuss. Connected Type C to HDMI, no sucess. USB debug was off. Anyone can help? Thanks
