at first you have to start the edl modus via ADB and fastboot. The you can flash "all except storage" If you flashed your device successfully you you can flash your recovery with the ADB as well and after that you can install the older ROM with the TWRP recovery mode Gesendet von meinem Mi-4c...

You have to unpack the tgz file until you see the dictonary for the flashing of the bootloader. And remember make a backup of all data. Because it is like a factory reset, everything is wpied.

My TWRP is not working anymore, maybe because the locked bootloader. So i have to wait until xiaomi will unlock it ?? Or are there any other options
