    Need help to install modem tool ( Rueban MTB - com.xiaomi.mtb)

    So I have a POCO F3 HyperOS 1.0.1.0 with a locked bootloader and a locked xiaomi account (as in can't use miunlock or micommunity..). Am I just completely ****ed so that I can't open up rueben? TY in advance.
