I am talking about slow download speed while download apps from play store via wifi. This slow happens only if I use device same time like scrolling via homescreen etc... Its very weird as I said with global stable I don't have this issue.. Don't mess with mi note 3

I I tried that still same... In official global stable i dont have this problem...

It happens when downloading new apps or updating existing ones.If i select to install or update apps and use phone same time like scrolling my homescreens the download speed drops. If i left phone with no touching it the download speed is perfect and full.This happens only on play store.

I have slow google play store on all xiaomi.eu developer roms..This happens when i download something and touch the screen. I had same issue on my mi max 2 and now on mi note 3 too...why? With official global didnt have this issue..
