Xiaomi 11 T Pro

Xiaomi 13 Pro. ( mi account 82....285)
the Xiaomi 13 Pro...i cannot upgrade the firmware. After trying to update it does not work.
i cannot activate the device.
i have the unlock code but i cannot get the SMS to the registered Telephone number. I cannot use the simcard in the 13 Pro because it does not start.
i put it in the other phone but do not get the SMS.
What is to do ?
