I fixed it by removing the Google play services and installing it again from http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-services-6-5-99-1642632-030-apk/ I recommend downloading the apk first as all hell breaks loose when removing the play services. However it works...- jre

Tested out 5.1.3 yesterday, but after fatory resetting/wiping my old MIUI and installing on system1, I was not able to add any accounts in system -> Accounts -> Add. When opening the "Add" screen it is totally empty. I have installed gApps, facebook, etc and would expect those to show up as...- jre
