duplicte icons, does anyone else experience this? weekly 22.2.9

I fixed it by installing version 21.9.8 first, then, install the instagram mod and log in, after that install the latest miui 13 weekly available, everything should work fine P.S: I used version 21.9.8 cause after trying several versions, it was the only one that let me log in to the instagram mod
