I hvae this exact same issue on my Mi 11 Ultra, official Global rom / set. What i did was goto apps, google play services, uninstall update, clear all data. then reinstall again, and had to resetup some google stuffs.. that seems to have solved my issue. My mi 11u was draining over 10%...
