Can someone help with this? Is it safe to update Mi4c 5.12.10 -> 6.1.28

MULTI 6.1.28/29/2.4

I have been out of country since middle of December and now I have 5.12.10 in my Mi4c. Can I safely update this version or should I update other versions first before this one. Thanks
