I am using the Xiaomi.eu ROM version 8.1.1.0, and I'm wondering where is the camera filters located? It's not available, the button to open the filters menu isn't there.

Not a big problem, it just freezes for a while then it clears. Overall user experience feels smoother after I rebooted the phone after first boot

I'm on the latest build right now, and I can't seem to use LTE / 4G on this ROM. Previously I was on the stable china ROM and it works. Am I missing something? I can't even select LTE in the settings.
