As stated in the title. Flashed over EU stable 10.3.14, wiped cache and dalvik. Then reboot to system. Then rebooted back to twrp, encryption ok,flashed magisk, reboot. So far things are fine.

So, if you can decrypt the data in the beginning of TWRP, why do you need to wipe user data then? You can just flash EU dev after decryption (dirty flash).
