Ah I see you use OEM verified to get rid of the message. Does that lock the bootloader though? May be if you use OEM verified you have to format to ext3 and then back to ext 4. But without it on any ROM simply unlocking the bootloader and leaving it unlocked was enough for me. Need more people...
