FM Radio missing in Galaxy Note 1 (ROM : 3.4.5)

i am getting a bug in live wallpaper. Whenever I set a live wallpaper and lock the screen, when I unlock I find the screen blank. This does not happen with static wallpaper. Device: Galaxy Note 1 ROM : MIUI 3.4.5

In 2.4.13, 3rd party pop-up notifications (like smspopup, notifier pro) were working and were showing with notifications. Now it doesn't work.
