As far as I know when you install twrp you loose NFC so, if you find a way to install xiaomi.eu with normal recovery you are good to go

If you have pie you can flash 3.3.1 0924 or the 3.3.1 a few posts above (tested with 10.0.4 and 11.0.2)
If you have Oreo...well, who knows.

It's good, in fact it's the apropiate way to do it but sadly you still need an Authorized xiaomi's account.
You can see by yourself, in the very last step (when the files are uploaded to the phone) you'll receive the fatal message "you account is not authorized".
This is due to an online check...
Not really true at all. The account maybe bound to your PC but the rights to flash are not allowed if you don't have a partner's Xiaomi account (only given if you have a store or a technical service authorized by Xiaomi) so...
