Go to APN settings and set IPv4 in both APN and APN roaming. Wooops, works now :-)

Everything works fine. Just enter IPv4 to APN settings. I use TWRP from a Chinese guy with different UI and no touchscreen issues. You can also try from the updater which doesn't require messing with TWRP screen. Sent from my MIghty MIX

Installed from "Updater" with no problems on my Mi Mix. Lost APN settings problem exists in this version too. By setting IPv4 in both "APN protocol" and "APN roaming protocol" problem solved. Thanks for your efforts. Good job.

You are good to go. Download Mix fastboot rom and flash it. Then unlock it. Then install TWRP. Then install EU multilingual rom. Sent from my MIghty MIX

You don't have to be unlocked to flash official rom. That's why it's official. Use the guide I mention in my previous post to flash fastboot official rom. Then let it boot normally and connect your phone to your mi account. Then unlock tool will pass 50% and work as it should. That's my...
