Before screen shuts down it gives an annoying "flash", it doesn't go smoothly off. When lockscreen shuts down, there's no such issue. (Mi 9 LIte) -

I have the same problem on my Mi 9 Lite... the screen gives a "flash" for a second before turning completely off.. when lockscreen goes off, there's no such bug -
