Same happened for me as well, not able to use GPay after March 14th. No root, no modifications made and everything is exactly as it was. Just randomly stopped working. I have contacted Google and they say to contact the rom devs. Let's hope this post gets a reply!

Hey, Am trying to install xiaomi.eu 10.0.11 rom and can't figure out how to do it as all the files in /sdcard/ are encrypted and I really don't want to push it in with random system files in the root. Any help? Thanks
